When should a team avoid or delay a DHI pilot?
No useful camera view
If the current camera cannot see the event path, DHI should not pretend software can fix the scene. Adjust the camera plan first.
No response owner
If nobody owns the alert, the detection will become noise. Define the response workflow before live alerting.
No approved data boundary
If security, privacy, or operations teams have not agreed on zones, retention, and access, pause the deployment until those boundaries are documented.
